The Executive Management Team boasts over 70 years of combined clinical and medical assessment expertise and is comprised of highly credentialed individuals with extensive experience in the medical assessment industry. The Management Team drives the continued development of NYRC’s internal processes, ensuring the organization provides the highest quality assessments in safe, accessible, prejudice-free environments while producing defensible, objective reports.

Eastern Canada Team

Daniella brings over 15 years of industry and senior management experience to NYRC, starting as a Manager before becoming Director and finally Vice-President. She has obtained her Canadian Human Resources Professional designation and graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences.

Daniella is responsible for Operations, Finance, Business Development and contractual agreements to ensure insurer and government requirements are met.

Outside the office, Daniella enjoys going on daily runs and long walks. Her interests include spending time with her family, immediate and extended and loves dogs, especially those of a large breed.

Dr. Moez Rajwani is the Vice Chairman of NYRC Corp overseeing NYRC's corporate Clinical Services strategy. Additionally he is the Ontario Chiropractic Associations Health Policy Officer, providing policy advice on auto insurance and other areas. Dr. Rajwani has a long history of practical experience in the private and the public health care sector, including expertise in occupational health and sport sciences. He is presently a board member at the Michael Garron Hospital and he also serves as the co-chair of the Coalition of Health Professional Associations in Auto Insurance Services in Ontario. Other accomplishments include serving as a board member for World Spine Care and Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services, which provides health care services to marginalized members of the community including refugees and new immigrants in the GTA. Dr Rajwani is passionate about voluntary service and presently serves as the Chairman of FOCUS Canada which an international crisis and disaster agency. He is an avid sports fan who loves his Toronto teams!

As a member of the Management team and registered Chiropractor, Dr. Cole employs her clinical background and expertise to oversee the daily operations of the company. Having previously been a member of the Quality Assurance Team at NYRC, Dr. Cole possesses a valuable skillset that allows her to manage referrals from start to finish. She utilizes her clinical knowledge, organizational abilities and strong attention to detail to ensure adherence to all service level agreements.

Outside of the office, Dr. Cole enjoys biking, paddle boarding, reading, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Alison Richards is the Manager of Clinical Services at NYRC Toronto, overseeing the Quality Assurance team, coordinating reports and corresponding with assessors and clients. Dr. Richards has over a decade of experience working with NYRC, and has extensive experience with referrals for catastrophic determination.

In addition to her role at NYRC, Dr. Richards is a duly licenced Chiropractor in Ontario, and maintains a part-time practice, providing direct patient care for the community.

Outside of work, Dr. Richards enjoys running, baking, and spending time with her family.

Grace Ma-1

Grace Ma has been with NYRC since its inception in 2014, bringing over 20 years of senior management experience to her role. Prior to joining NYRC, Grace lived and worked in Asia for over 18 years, excelling in various leadership capacities for companies like Luxxotica, Sequoia Floorings, Polaroid, and Motorola.

Grace has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors degree from the University of Windsor. When not helping clients with their IME needs, Grace spends her time catering to her daughter, her Golden Retriever Aslan, and British Shorthair Mochi while sneaking in cooking, travelling, yoga, and reading when she can.

Matt

Matt joined the NYRC BC team in 2015, bringing experience in the field of Kinesiology and a sharp, analytical mindset from his time working in capital markets. The key to Matt’s success is his ability to genuinely connect and develop strong relationships with clients and medical professionals, so that NYRC can properly tailor its services to meet their needs.

In 2019, Matt took on the role of National Director of Business Development for NYRC Corp. with the added responsibility of strategic development and management of the organization’s growth from coast to coast. Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Human Nutrition from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from UBC’s Sauder School of Business (2023). Matt is also on the National Advisory Council for HopeAir.  HopeAir is a Canadian charity committed to providing families that are less fortunate with flights and accommodations when they need to travel long distances for vital medical care.

When not working to help our clients, doctors, and team members, Matt spends his time hiking, cooking, and reading with his wife (Devyn), daughter (Charlie) and their puppy (Rosie).

Steinar

Steinar joined NYRC in 2018 to lead the company’s Reports and Quality Assurance Team in Western Canada. He works closely with healthcare experts and clients to ensure the production of high-quality, defensible independent medical examination reports. Steinar brings over a decade of management and editorial experience to his role.

When he’s not working, Steinar can be found exploring the trails and mountains of Vancouver’s North Shore and spending time with his family.

Arshneer

Arshneer Biring brings in over 10 years of clinical healthcare and management experience to NYRC, leading ongoing improvements and innovation within the Intake Team. Arshneer is also the leader of the NYRC’s Health & Safety Committee for British Columbia and Alberta.  Prior to joining NYRC Arshneer had worked with multiple healthcare companies and universities in Canada, and the USA. In 2016, Arshneer had graduated from Atlantic University School of Medicine with an M.D degree after completing her training Adventist Health and AMITA Health, Chicago and St. Paul’s Hospital, Vancouver.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking, outdoor activities and travelling with her husband.
